| I understand that registration fees include conference materials, lunch, refreshments and VAT unless otherwise stated. Registration including accommodation costs also includes breakfast. VAT is payable by all delegates. I understand that cancellations of full conference places must be made in writing prior to 19th August 2007 and will be refunded subject to a £95 administrative fee. Cancellations received after 19th August 2007, and one-day conference registrations cannot be refunded; however, substitutions can be made at any time, but please notify the event co-ordinator in writing (by post or email) of any changes. |
